Una mattina di gennaio (30) siamo usciti da scuola per una visita guidata in viale Padova, una zona di lunga storia immigratoria.

On the 30th January, in the morning, we went out of school for a trip in viale Padova, a historical quartier of Milan, where since several years immigrants generations have come to settle down.

Con una guida boliviana abbiamo fatto diverse tappe: via Chavez, dedicata al grande aviatore peruviano, il bar boliviano “La casita”, dove abbiamo assaggiato, toccato, sentito ed annusato alcuni prodotti tipici del Sud America (platano, Inka Cola, ed altri alimenti essicati).

With a South-american tour guide, we had discovered the main places in the area, famous for their ethnic and multicultural characteristics.

Infine siamo passati dal Parco Trotter, che attualmente ospita una scuola, per concludere con un minimarket interetnico, con diversi prodotti da tutto il mondo.

At last, we could visit The Trotter Park, which is actually the location for a primary school and several educational activities.
